Seeing as some people are having slight difficulties with this, I've decided to go into depth in its own lil' post! So here we go. Assets: Pick at least 1, can have up to 5 through creation. Some assets have both Minor and Major traits for them, pick one of these and state it in () behind the trait. Also, any Minor Asset Trait taken, is -2 to your base skills. So if you have 74, you'll be down to 72 with one Minor Asset Trait. Major Asset Traits are -4 to your base skills. So with one Major Asset Trait, from 74, you go down to 70. Easy, right?
Complications: Pick at least 1, can have up to 5 (6 if you get Admin permission) through creation. Some complications have both Minor and Major, like assets, pick them and state behind the trait which you took. Now, if you take a Minor Complications, you add 2 to your base skills. So if you have 74, you'll be up to 76! Neat, right? Major Complications adds 4, brining a 74 to a 78.
Skills: For skills, you must get the general skill first! Get it up to 6, which will be a total cost of 12 points off your starting points. Than get a specialty which the first level of it costs 8 points, making it like this...General Skill- 6Specialty Skill- 8 If you have any more questions, feel free to ask...and an additional note, keep the points/traits/skills of Kel'tar and normal skills apart. Kel'tar is it's own set of points/traits/skills and should be treated as such.
