Vanessa walked out to the bridge, it was far too early in the morning, but she was never much for sleeping. She stretched her arms upward as she looked out into the vast space. So much, so much she had to see. Turning to the pilots set she took the ship off of autopilot. She knew where they were going; it wouldn't kill her to handle the controls for a bit. Here she felt home. In her pilot seat, hands on the controls.
Putting her hands on the wheel, pre say, she directed the ship smoothly. She didn't want to wake anyone. Most people were not morning people, that was a fact of life. So she sailed smoothly through the constellations, watching the large gas of stars so by. She wondered idly if anyone reached out and actually touched a star, it was possible. She looked out of the window before her, calmly gliding though the open space. It was the best part of her day, no one around to bother her, just her and space.
She saw a passing meteor and waved, making sure the ship wouldn’t be hit. She didn't care who got hit by it, it was all apart of nature. Apart of her hoped an Alliance ship or planet got it. That would be marvelous. She hated any allied government. It was all bureaucracy and she would love to see it destroyed. It was a goal in her life to live long enough to see the Alliance fall.

Lucius hadn't slept at all yet, he couldn't sleep for some reason, so he had found himself tossing and turning in bed all night. Figuring it was good enough, he got out and slipped into some pants. Not thinking anyone else was up, he left his quarter and let his bare feet push against the metal of the floor. Moving down the stairs, he pushed up into the bridge where he saw Nessa sitting at the controls. A laugh pushed by his lips as he noticed the meteor pass by. A rare occassion, but Lucius already knew no one would hit it and if it reached any planet, it would be eatten up in the atmo. "So, we on course, here Nes?" he questioned with a gentle laugh. Making his way up behind her, he stared out the bridge window, he could already see the planet coming into view ahead. Just a matter of hours left before they reached it. From there, they could get everything done and if their three hours were wasted, Nessa would come and pick them up, that was the plan after all. Course, she wouldn't be happy about staying on the ship with Robyn and the doc, but he figured she'll live with it. "So, you happy with the plan for the heist?" he questioned her, she would have been at the dinner last night, so she would know everything she had to do by now.

"Heisting is fun, as fun as fun can be" She said evenly. "Me being on ship is usually fun as well. Doc and Robyn ..... yea ..... thats not so fun" She said as if she was talking to herself. "But being the getaway driver makes it all better" She added in an after thought. She didn't take her eyes away from the windows. "We're steady on course. Three hours is looking good" She said nodding to herself. "It's up to you to make it happen right. I'm just your getaway" She said moving the ship around a astro truff. She didn't say anything else as her mind wandered. "Oh and I'd like to ask Mercy about the throttle later" She said. She got along fairly well with most of the crew. Mercy was more tolerable than most. So she could carry a decent conversation without starting a fight ..... most of the time.

Watching the window, he knew he was good at flying, but she made it look far easier. Giving a gentle laugh at her words, he gave a hefty nod, "Yeah, what would I ever do without you?" he questioned with a gentle laugh following after. Patting her shoulder softly, he moved towards the co-pilot seat and sat down upon it. Hearing something about the thrusters, he looked over the details, he didn't notice anything last night, but clearly she knew how to handle the ship better than he did. Rather sad. He laughed to himself than looked over at her, "So, have any little plans for the three hours on Grappa?" he questioned gently. Course, they will be docking down on Frinji Port, but she could still explore the surface for an hour and a half at the least. Looking up from the controls, he looked towards Nessa, "Ain't ya glad you're part of my crew?" he questioned with a gentle smile on his lips. The brown locks were untamed today so they hung lazily around his head, some were in tangles and the others were rather smooth against his head, but he didn't seem to care either way, least not yet.

"Couldn't tell you. Probably die in space from a simple malfunction" She teased lightly. She smirked over at him as he took co pilot seat. "No co seat drivers" She warned. She looked back at the planet, it took no bigger than a ship from this distance. "Should only be 2 and a half hours till we're there" She said giving a good estimate. She looked over at him when he asked what she'd do on Grappa. "I suppose I'll look around for an hour. Maybe pick up something in the market. Anything in particular you don't want to live without?" She asked. He would be busy heisting, she would be a little free to shop. She laughed a little when he asked if she was glade she was part of the crew. All she could say was" Oh captain my captain." With a smile.

Laughing at her teasing words, he shrugged his shoulders and moved the chair so he could look at her better. A smile rested upon his lips as he stared at her, listening to her words as they lingered off her tongue. "Psh, don't worry, you're better at the controls anyways, so I don't want to ruin that," he mused back to her. She was by far better at flying, but Lucius was more of a fighter than anything else. Giving a gentle yawn, he rested his head against the back of the chair, "Two and a half hours. Heh, sucks I don't have anything good to do in those hours, well maybe shower and actually get dress," he teased with a laugh following after, "But where is the fun in doing that so soon?" he mused with a gentle grin on his lips. Turning his head, he stared out the front window, looking at the space just beyond. Than as she spoke about what she'd do on Grappa, he looked over at her and shook his head, "Not that I know of," he told her, but he was thinking something different. He wanted company, not like chit-chat company, but something a little less clothed and wasn't anything big. Basically, he wanted some sort of way to actually relax rather than working out.
Shaking his head, he pushed the thoughts from his mind as he let his eyes close. He wouldn't sleep, mostly cause he couldn't. There was too much going on beneath the surface, more than what the crew actually knew about. It was odd though, almost an entire crew of women and yet he wouldn't get himself to grapple with any. Probably because most of them would think it meant something. To Lucius, it was always nothing more than just what it was.

"Oh Captain" Vanessa said looking over at him. "Your spacing out in outer space." She said smiling slightly. "You've entered a paradox, what shall you do about it?" She asked. She contemplated his paradime. Space out, outer space. It was quite the pickle she thought about it too hard. Smiling and looking up at him. "I suppose I gave you something to mull over for the 2 hours till we reach Grappa. Prehaps I'll by you a box. We'll lable it Paradox Box. It'll be like Pandora's Box but different." She said. She was in good humor today. Hopefully it kept. Otherwise she'll end up killing either Robyn or doc. It wasn't something she planned on. But as long as she was in good humor it should be alright.

Opening his eyes as she spoke up again, he gave a faint laugh. It seemed she was in a good mood, probably a good thing for today than. Watching her lips, he found himself thinking about other things until he shook his head and concentrated on her. She spoke of a paradox in a box, the thought was quite amusing for him. Giving a gentle laugh as he watched her carefully. Sure she was a rather attractive woman, but she was also crew. An odd concept there. "Haha, wouldn't that just be the thing to get. That's depending I come back from the heist. Things don't always go as smooth as I hope on these jobs, ya know," he stated in a slight teasing manner, "Perhaps that's why I'm leaving behind three crew, to save our ass if things go south," he added with another laugh.

She waited for a while before she finally walked down to the bridge. She hear the faint sound of people talking, Ah so the Captain and Vanessa are bonding, how nice. She walked up to the opening, moving silently so no one could hear her. Creeping up, she stood at the entry looking at the Captain then her eyes shifted over to Vanessa. "Good morning, your both awake rather early. Having trouble sleeping or just antsy to get this heist over with and get paid?" She walked into the bridge and looked out the window, starring at the planet in the distance. Her thoughts jumping around, It has been along time since I have been to an Alliance planet...I'm not looking forward to being here for very long. Her face showing a calm expression, as though she were lost in thought, as she was.

"All the preparations is just to save little ol' me. How endearing" She teased. She smiled as she turned the auto pilot back on. She turned the chair to him. "Well then perhaps I'll give you a good reason to come back than" She said. She looked at him for a moment. It was oddening. She could feel his DNA, like she would feel her brothers and sisters. But he was no kin to her. But he was different, like her. She heard a voice start talking and suddenly she wasn't in good humor anymore. She didn't like most people as it were, she especially didn't like having her thoughts shift. She was thinking about the captain She thought about him often, he was so complex. Even though she perceived himself to be a simple man, he was not. She would have had him in her bed many times by now if he were an ordinary man. After men and women had needs. But something kept her from it. Perhaps it was the fact she couldn't detach from him emotionally to have her needs met. Perhaps it was because he was her Captain. "I'll buy you a good paradox box, so you'll have to return to get it" She said truly wishing she could say what she felt. But that was the plight of a woman. She then turned to Yoko. "I'm always up early. He however most likely didn't sleep" She said evenly. She didn't think much about this day than any other.

The Battle Cruiser Memory was just off the port of the El Dorado, scanning into the depths of space for any and all ship signatures. The lieutenant shouted over to the Admiral, "Sir, we are detecting a Mid Bulk Transport 2 hours off the main bow heading towards the planet. Should we hail them admiral?"
The Admiral Squinted and then turned towards the man, "Is that a joke lieutenant? Damn right you will hail them, and do a cortex wide verification of the vessel as well. Let us see if this ship actually is just another friendly transport. He starred out into space and waited for the response from the transport.
"Mid Bulk Transport, this is the Alliance Battle Cruiser Memory. Please send your ship profile information and identify yourselves. You have ten minutes to comply to our request or we will dispatch a squadron of fighters to escort you to our ship for arrest and interrogation.

Watching her, he found himself giving a gentle laugh at her words. She was indeed a rather seductive woman, she was able to make most men's blood boil, but not his, not unless it was boiling already. And this morning, it basically was. Yet he still held back on doing anything. "Well, let's hope things go well enough so I can come back and pick it up from you than," he stated before his attention turned to Yoko. However, he didn't say anything to her when he heard a beep at the console. Turning to it, he saw the Alliance transmission. A heavy sigh pushed from his lips as he listened to the man speak, "Yeah, yeah, and if you blow us out of the air, you'll have to try and tell the rest of the El Dorado crew why the Hitsugaya family will not be attending their ship," he stated as he reached up and flipped a switch. Looking down at the transmission now, he gave a gentle smile, "Liberta is our ship name, if you look under the classifieds, you will find us. We have done many missions for the Alliance and if you can't find it, tell your Admiral to do the search," his words hissed out in an oddly calm manner. Yes, they have done many jobs with the Alliance, why? Because Lucius likes to stay close to them, the closer he was, the more invisible he was too. Course, they knew him by a different name, but Lucius liked having his enemies close.

Geeze, was the entire galaxy trying to piss her off this morning. She turned her chair back to her station and took the PA off the hook and turned it on. "This is your Pilot speaking. I suggest you lug heads all get out of bed. The Alliance is taking an interest and their may be some turbulance" She said and clicked it off. She was no longer in good humor at all. She turned to Lucius. "They won't like that answer likely. Wanna fetch the pretty papers? Or better yet Yoko Ono" She said. She had sunndenly had the feeling calling her Yoko Ono would be funny. And she needed a laugh.

The Admirals attention was turned towards the com station when he heard their response, "The Hitsugaya family...what the fuck is he talking about, they are already on the El Dorado. Send another message to him immediately!"
"Libertä, this is the Memory. We have word that the Hitsugaya family is already aboard the El Dorado. You better have something better to use against us than that. He leaned back and turned off the com, then switch to the hanger bay com, "Echo Squadron stand by for deployment to intercept the Mid Bulk Transport Libertä."
The Admiral squinted angrily as he read over the Libertä's track record for the Alliance. Dammit these guys have done many missions for us. But why now lie about the Hitsugaya family. What's their angle?

As the Alliance responded back, he let out a laugh, "You guys are getting slow in your old age. We found Hitsugaya family's daughter. She is on board with us now, and if you need confirmation on that, we can send you her passport," he stated as he leaned back on his chair and looked over at Nessa with a smile on his lips. Yeah, he wasn't worried, there was no reason to be worried about something like this. He had every angle figured out and they were twenty steps behind him. Like always.
